New York – January 16th 2024 – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has announced a slate of new Country Heads across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for 2024. These senior appointments reflect the integration of A&M’s offerings with its global network of professionals in support of maximizing value for clients.

A&M’s European unit is the firm’s second-largest group following North America. At the end of the firm’s 2023 fiscal year, A&M EMEA achieved a 24 percent growth rate matching the firm’s 24 percent growth rate globally. This growth was fueled by a combination of geographic and service line expansions.
In 2023 A&M opened new offices in Vienna, Lisbon, Barcelona and Brisbane with a total of 80 offices worldwide. Additionally, improved coordination between the firm’s transaction and performance improvement capabilities grew the number of:
- Buy- and sell-side transaction engagements globally for private equity (PE) and corporates;
- US-based restructuring engagements; and
- Performance improvement engagements world-wide for corporates.
