Colie Spink

Mr. Spink brings extensive experience helping businesses deliver shareholder value through transactions, growth, transformation, and turnaround. He has been instrumental in extending A&M’s distinctive hands-on advisory services into the private equity arena.
While at A&M initially, Mr. Spink founded and led A&M’s European Transaction Advisory Group, which provides financial due diligence and other accounting-related services to private equity clients. He then started and led A&M’s European Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, which helps clients identify, quantify, and deliver meaningful value creation initiatives in their portfolio investments.
Prior to re-joining A&M, Mr. Spink helped establish A&M Capital Europe (AMCE), serving as Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner. AMCE is a €650 million private equity fund that makes control-oriented investments across Europe and the UK. It is independent from but leverages a close strategic relationship with Alvarez & Marsal to deliver exceptional returns for investors.
Prior to this, Mr. Spink was an Operating Partner for Bank of America’s direct private equity business in Europe and co-founder and CEO of one of their portfolio investments. He previously founded and led Bank of America’s European Emerging Markets investment banking practice.
Mr. Spink earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is a Trustee and Director of the Cartoon Museum in London, a European regional board member for the University of Virginia, and a Non-Executive Director of EMED Group Ltd., the UK’s leading health and social care logistics provider.
