Richard Holt

Mr. Holt partners with client leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation and operational performance improvements. Most recently, he led a $450 million operational optimization and cost take out transformation for a global life sciences company, focusing on customer pricing, market penetration, product delivery and G&A support. Previously, Mr. Holt led a transformation for a distributed commercial services company to improve EBITDA from 10% to 20%, focusing on market pricing, sales methods, product/service mix and operational delivery.
Mr. Holt’s other notable engagements include leading the transformation of a $1.2 billion global industrial services company to lay the foundation for over $120 million in EBITDA improvement. He oversaw the transformation’s cost optimization initiatives, including organization/segment consolidation, SG&A reductions, leveraged procurement spend, and standardizing operational processes. He also led revenue initiatives to optimize the sales organization, standardize pricing, and create playbooks focused on improving cross-sell amongst teams.
Additionally, Mr. Holt has partnered with clients to lead integration management offices (IMO) for complex mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs/standups and greenfield company standups. He brings extensive experience in leading business strategy execution and program and change management.

Mr. Holt earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance from Texas A&M University.
