Based in Washington, D.C., Mr. Kim will expand CTG’s Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, and Space (ADAS) capabilities, specializing in financial due diligence and transaction advisory services for corporate clients. His appointment reflects A&M’s continued investment in building a differentiated, sector-focused offering that combines transaction advisory with deep operational expertise.

Mr. Kim brings more than a decade of experience to A&M, spanning a broad range of transaction types, including large-scale carve-outs, Reverse Morris Trust transactions, and strategic acquisitions of mission-critical aerospace and defense, space and government services businesses. Most recently serving as a Managing Director in EY-Parthenon’s deals practice, Mr. Kim is recognized for delivering highly targeted, decision-relevant diligence and identifying key risks and value drivers early in the transaction lifecycle.
