With more than 15 years of transaction and advisory experience, Mr. Kim has advised on a wide range of complex transaction structures, including reverse Morris trust mergers, large-scale carve-outs and divestitures, public-to-public and public-to-private transactions, platform investments with follow-on acquisitions, cross-border acquisitions, spin-offs, and joint ventures.

With extensive experience advising the ADAS industry, Mr. Kim has led several of its most transformative transactions during periods of strategic realignment and consolidation. He has worked extensively with many of the largest corporate and private equity investors active in the sector, supporting transactions across the full deal life cycle.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kim was a Managing Director with EY-Parthenon in its Deals division’s Aerospace, Defense & Mobility group in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.

Mr. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the University of California, Irvine. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
