Faced with ever-changing market trends, financial concerns and ceaseless business interruptions, it is increasingly challenging for Small Businesses to grow. Connecting small businesses to the resources they need:
Through A&M’s online portal for Small Businesses, you can easily list your company’s capabilities, experience and contact information and be connected to a host of new resources. Participants in the program benefit from having an internal A&M employee that acts as the key point of contact and advocates internally on their behalf. Importantly though, this program extends past A&M’s Public Sector Services practice and enlists the expertise of professionals in other business units across the firm and around the globe to meet the needs of the Small Businesses we work with.
Providing access mentorship and growth opportunities:
Acting as more than just a partner, A&M strives to provide meaningful mentorship through its Small Business Program. By leveraging technical training, skills-based instruction and a variety of other formal and informal lessons, A&M is uniquely positioned to provide Small Business leaders with the business skills, best practices and technological knowhow they need to grow.
Facilitating partnerships and network expansion:
Through this program, we aim to cultivate partnerships that help strong Small Businesses grow even stronger. A&M’s senior leaders – all of whom come with decades of industry experience – work directly with Small Businesses that have complementary capabilities and similar expertise.
