Vance Yudell

Mr. Yudell specializes in compensation and benefits, focusing on executive compensation design and implementation.
With more than eight years of compensation and benefit experience, Mr. Yudell has extensive experience in executive compensation plan design, including benchmarking and short- and long-term incentive plans. He has also worked with compensation issues arising from restructuring (i.e., KEIPs and KERPs) and compensation-related matters in M&A transactions (i.e., 280G).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Yudell worked with Mercer in its Talent Consulting Practice.
Mr. Yudell received bachelors’ degrees in finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and in economics from the Dedmon School of Humanities and Sciences at SMU. He is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) through the WorldatWork organization and a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
