Moe Kelley

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Kelley has led projects for major telecommunications companies and cable operators, leading global consumer electronics companies, software and digital media players on six continents.
Mr. Kelley began his career in finance and project management roles, building some of the world’s first two-way cable broadband networks. He has continued working on the evolution of networks: for wireless from 2G to 5G and beyond; for broadband, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and up to DOCSIS 4.0. Mr. Kelley also worked on the evolution of devices including smartphones, wearables, and the Internet of Things. His notable projects include supporting major players in their entry into the Android ecosystem, the development of shared data plans for the U.S. market, the development of video, digital media and ad tech strategies for a major telco, and the business case for 5G and Fixed Wireless Access. Most recently, Mr. Kelley led a series of FTTH, digital media, and enterprise software projects for smaller operators and investors.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kelley led the intersection of private capital and communications, media and technology in the U.S. for Oliver Wyman, where he performed commercial due diligence on digital infrastructure, digital media, and enterprise software companies for investor clients. Mr. Kelley also helped large service providers understand the changing technology and competitive landscape, including the impacts of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite and FWA on residential broadband and the opportunities and challenges presented by edge computing, the metaverse, and Gen AI.
Previously, Mr. Kelley served on the management team of Altman Solon and held finance and project management roles at Global Crossing, Continental Cable/MediaOne and Harvard University.
Mr. Kelley earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Bentley University and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
