The event explored the emerging potential of Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs) in Brazil—a market quickly gaining traction. Notable examples like Tracfone and Mint Mobile have already set the stage for MVNOs to flourish, and Brazil is ripe for similar growth.
