With more than 10 years of transaction advisory experience in A&M’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, Mr. Dresser has worked on over 200 transactions. He has advised clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including traditional buy-side, portfolio company add-ons, asset purchases and sell-side divestiture processes, including carve-outs of business segments.

Mr. Dresser provides buy-side services, focusing on quality of earnings, customer retention, quality of assets and working capital requirements, consideration of off-balance sheet exposures and SPA review. On the sell-side, he specializes in preparing companies for the sale process and developing sell-side diligence reports.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dresser spent three years with PwC’s private company services assurance practice in San Francisco, where he most recently served as Senior Associate. His experience includes working with private companies in the consumer goods, distribution, software and technology and wine industries to analyze financial risk, prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and provide audit services. 

Mr. Dresser earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy (minor in real estate) from Villanova University.
