Josh Johnson

With more than 16 years of TP advisory experience, Mr. Johnson has deep expertise assisting clients across all aspects of the discipline. This includes TP compliance and reporting (e.g., economic benchmarking; TP documentation; country-by-country reporting), more complex advisory matters (e.g., cross-border financing; intellectual property/intangibles pricing and migrations; TP model design, implementation, and operation/monitoring; business restructuring/M&A), and tax authority disputes/negotiations (e.g., advance pricing arrangements; audits; mutual agreement procedure negotiations).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Johnson was with PwC, where he most recently served as a Director in PwC Australia’s TP team. Mr. Johnson worked with a large number of inbound and outbound multinational clients across a broad range of industries, such as fast-moving consumer goods, luxury goods, consumer appliances, software, industrial products, automotive, pharmaceuticals, renewables, agriculture, infrastructure, property, and financial services. He advised clients at all business life cycle stages, including startup, high-growth, and mature businesses, providing tailored advice suited to each scenario.
Mr. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics (honors) from the University of Sydney and an MBA (finance) from the University of Technology Sydney.
