With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Mr. Falconer provides operationally driven and action-oriented client service. He has worked with privately held companies and large publicly traded firms in the hospitality, retail, technology, and real estate industries.
Most recently at A&M, Mr. Falconer set up and established the real estate and facilities management platform for a carve-out of a global mobility and tax group from a Big Four accounting firm. He was responsible for the search, selection, contracting, and build-out of 106 offices for 6000 employees across the globe.
Previously, Mr. Falconer led the real estate workstream to purchase an electrical supply company and identifying synergies related to 77 locations in the United States. He reviewed the location footprints to identify under-utilized stores and sites with overlapping sales locations that could be consolidated. Prior to that, Mr. Falconer led the real-estate workstream for the carve-out of an industrial lighting manufacturer, helping secure office locations in Bangalore, India, and Toronto, Canada and identifying and executing short-term and long-term real estate planning options for 57 leased and owned properties.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Falconer was the Vice President of Business Applications and Processes at DCT Industrial, where he set up and led the project management office, designed the project requirements process, defined reporting requirements, and handled project management.
Mr. Falconer earned a bachelor’s degree in management studies from Waikato University, New Zealand.
