Mr. Liu has over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model redesign and technology-enabled performance improvement programs across the resources, energy, industrial, logistics, financial services, and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining A&M, he served as a Partner with McKinsey & Company, served on the Executive Committee at Grab, and held leadership roles with Esquel Group and Advanced Micro Devices.
