With more than 15 years of experience providing accounting, tax consulting and transaction advisory services, Mr. Giacalone has worked with clients across a range of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional firms and maritime. ​

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Giacalone was a Principal at HBK, where he served client accounts in Southeast Florida. He also served as a member of the Tax Specialists Group, working in coordination with HBK’s Tax Advisory Group. ​During his time in this role, he worked with clients to achieve both income and transfer tax efficiency as he helped them navigate multiple significant liquidity events. Mr. Giacalone has also been an actively participating member of professional teams serving clients as they complete business transactions and estate execution exercises for entrepreneurs and ultra high-net worth families.

Mr. Giacalone earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.​ Mr. Giacalone participates in speaking engagements for a variety of professional and civic organizations and groups in his community. He was named in Opportunity Zone Magazine’s Top 25 OZ Influencers 2020 in the Tax Specialists category and was a participant in the 2020-21 Leadership Palm Beach County Engage Program.
