William De Ritter is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Data and Intelligence team in the Digital Transformation Services practice in London. He helps clients leverage data intelligence to drive business performance across product profitability, customer retention, cost reduction, capital optimization, and process automation. 

Mr. De Ritter has advised businesses in various industries, including healthcare and life sciences, technology, real estate and retail, in the U.K. and Europe. He is experienced analytics professional as well as an expert financial modeler, having worked on large-scale value creation programmes, transactions, re-financing and restructuring processes.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. De Ritter was at PwC in London, serving most recently as a Director in their Deals Division. As leader of the Mid-market Private Equity deal analytics team, he led global transformation and analytics projects for private equity funds and their portfolio companies to support performance improvement, value creation, and deal readiness initiatives. 

Previously, Mr. De Ritter worked with the PwC Financial Services Lead Advisory practice, helping banks and credit institutions improve their liquidity by identifying and selling credit portfolios and platforms across Europe.

Mr. De Ritter earned a master’s degree in economics from the University of Edinburgh. He is ACA qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
