London, 8th June  2023 – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) continues to expand its Digital and Technology Services practice in London with the appointment of Lee Sankey as a Senior Adviser and Frederico Teixeira and William De Ritter as Senior Directors.

At A&M, Mr Sankey will help companies broaden their innovation ecosystems and develop new value propositions, products and customer experiences to minimise risk and provide stability for businesses and their operations. Prior to joining A&M, Mr Sankey worked at Barclays, where he was responsible for the creation of entrepreneurial banking, a segment now worth £100m annually. He also founded a creative business consultancy, Door, where he worked with clients including Sky, Virgin Money and Volvo.

Mr Teixeira will draw on his experience in digital strategy, technology-led business transformations, data, analytics and AI to help clients drive efficient digital business transformations. He will specifically support A&M’s Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) and Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practices, guiding clients to create and maximise value from data. Prior to joining A&M, Mr Teixeira worked at IBM Consulting, where he led Industry Transformation and Enterprise Strategy in Switzerland. He was also an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Mr De Ritter joins A&M’s Data and Intelligence team in London, focused on data-driven value creation and finance process improvement in Private Equity. His previous experience includes 11 years with PwC, where he led the Private Equity mid-market analytics team, more than doubling the headcount in the business during his tenure.
