Retailers must rethink their supply chain strategy for the long term

UK retailers are facing many disruptions in the run-up to the holiday shopping season due to a post-pandemic increase in demand, a rise in shipping and oil costs as well as Brexit-fuelled staff shortages. This holiday season will also stress test retail supply chain’s preparedness to the new, post-pandemic shopping experience and shift to e-commerce.

Erin Brookes, Managing Director and Head of Retail & Consumer, Europe looks at the challenges retailers are facing in this period of uncertainty, and analyses the best practices that companies can adopt to build their supply chain resilience in this Retail Week article.
