Important Update

On 23 December 2025, M.A Services Group Pty Ltd and MA Services Property Group Pty Ltd entered voluntary administration, with Jason Tracy and Glen Kanevsky of Alvarez & Marsal appointed to oversee the process and act independently in the interests of all affected parties.

On 9 February 2026, creditors voted to place M.A Services Group Pty Ltd and MA Services Property Group Pty Ltd into liquidation. Glen Kanevsky and Jason Tracy are the appointed Joint and Several Liquidators.

The Liquidators appreciate that this is a difficult time for all those impacted and are trying to limit the negative impact on you.

Employees

As the Company has now been placed into liquidation, eligible employees may submit their claims for payment of outstanding employee entitlements under the FEG scheme.

The Liquidators encourage all former employees of the Company to review the website for the FEG scheme (https://www.dewr.gov.au/fair-entitlements-guarantee) and, if former employees are eligible, submit their claims.
