Mr. Miller brings deep experience for the selection and implementation of telecommunications billing and operational support systems, utilization of cloud platforms and development of advanced analytics and AI platforms.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Miller brings a strong background in helping telecommunications and digital infrastructure companies develop their technology strategies and execute on them to drive growth. He has also worked with high-tech, healthcare, media, manufacturing and government companies to help them integrate disparate technologies, while migrating costly and risky legacy technologies to modern platforms. Mr. Miller orchestrates the implementation of leading technologies to achieve business agility, unlock new business models and optimize IT investment.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Miller served as SVP and Chief Information Officer at Pediatrix (formerly MEDNAX), where he turned around an underinvested and underperforming IT organization. Previously, he was a Managing Director with Accenture, where he supported CIOs and CTOs through large inorganic changes in their business across communications, media and technology industry clients.

Mr. Miller earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Villanova University and an MBA from Virginia Tech – Pamplin College of Business.
