Based in London, Evetts’ appointment underscores A&M’s expanding operational expertise within the digital and multi-channel retailing space.
The addition of Mr. Evetts enhances A&M’s expertise in the multi-channel, customer focused transformation of operations and technologies that is essential to retailers looking to improve performance and drive growth. Mr. Evetts’ client work includes e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, websites, social media, mobile, buying and merchandising, fulfilment and contact centre business capabilities.
Mr. Evetts, known for his digital transformation thought leadership, has spent close to 20 years helping UK retailers achieve growth by addressing digital and multi-channel retailing opportunities and challenges. He has also helped private equity firms assess potential acquisitions and devise multi-channel strategies to improve the performance of their portfolio companies.

Previously, he spent 10 years at Javelin Group, Europe’s leading specialist retail consultancy.
