Energy Industry Veteran and Practice Founding Member to Serve as a Managing Director in the Houston Office

Houston, TX– July 25, 2017 – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has announced that Chuck Lowrey will re-join the firm as a Managing Director in the Private Equity Performance Improvement practice in Houston. Mr. Lowrey, a noted energy industry expert, was a founding member of A&M’s Private Equity Performance Improvement practice in 2009.

Mr. Lowrey brings 30 years of experience providing leadership to companies seeking a range of transformation services, from merger integration to liquidity and cash management. He serves private equity clients globally across a spectrum of industries including the upstream, midstream and energy services as well as the manufacturing and environmental sectors.

Previously, Mr. Lowrey was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, and prior to that, a Partner with the Business Consulting practice of Arthur Andersen in Houston.

Mr. Lowrey earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Houston Baptist University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
