Mr. Lowrey brings 30 years of business experience providing leadership and advisory services to scores of companies in need of operational improvement. Mr. Lowrey serves private equity clients globally across a spectrum of industries including the upstream, midstream and energy services industries as well as manufacturing and environmental.
Notable assignments in the oil and gas industry includes being responsible for the merger integration of a leading U.S. based oil company driving synergies of over $100 million successfully to fruition. Additionally, Mr. Lowrey also led the financial remediation of a $2 billion global Private Equity owned energy-focused manufacturing company. Between 2002 and 2003, Mr. Lowrey was responsible for process and technology controls implementation in support of contractors operating and supporting the US efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan
Prior to A&M, Mr. Lowrey was a Managing Director at BearingPoint, a global consulting firm, with primary global account responsibility for one of the Energy division’s largest energy client. Prior to BearingPoint, Mr. Lowrey was a Partner with Business Consulting practice of Arthur Anderson in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Lowrey earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Houston Baptist University and his MBA from the University of Houston. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) inactive in Texas.
