New Managing Director Silvio Ritz joins as firm continues to expand its transactions capacity in the region

Mr. Ritz brings nearly 20 years of experience advising corporate and private equity clients throughout the M&A lifecycle – helping them identify key value drivers, assess transaction risks and uncover value creation opportunities. Specializing in financial due diligence – advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, vendor assistance, business plan assessments and refinancing processes across mid-market and larger transactions – Mr. Ritz has focused on multiple industries with a concentration in retail and wholesale, e-commerce, consumer goods and consumer services.
