Val Philippe appointed Managing Director as firm continues to reinforce sector expertise

Based in New York, Mr. Philippe will be the US Co-Leader for Global TAG’s Financial Services industry group and brings deep experience across transactions, portfolio oversight and operational execution to the practice.

Mr. Philippe brings nearly 20 years of experience across financial services transactions, with expertise spanning asset management, specialty finance, banking, payments, fintech and insurance. Most recently, Mr. Philippe held a senior operating role at Reverence Capital, a multi-strategy investment firm, where he worked closely with investment teams on portfolio management, valuation and firm-level initiatives. Prior to that, Mr. Philippe spent 16 years with PwC, last serving as a partner in the firm’s Financial Services Deals practice, advising clients on complex transactions and due diligence matters.
