With about 20 years of transaction advisory experience at Big Four firms, Mr. Ritz supports corporations, private equity sponsors, and other financial investors in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. His experience spans buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, vendor assistance and readiness engagements, business plan assessments, and refinancing processes across midmarket and larger transaction environments.

An integral part of Mr. Ritz’s approach is his application of advanced data analytics to evaluate revenue quality, margin development, and profitability drivers, as well as key value and purchase price considerations. By combining deep financial expertise with data-driven insights, he helps investors and management teams make informed investment decisions and identify value creation opportunities throughout the transaction life cycle.

For the past decade, Mr. Ritz’s primary focus has been on the retail and wholesale, e-commerce, consumer goods, and consumer services sectors. Clients value his pragmatic advisory approach, extensive transaction experience, and ability to identify key value drivers and risks early in the deal process.

Mr. Ritz earned a master’s degree in business administration, specializing in international management. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
