On June 30, 2014, a voluntary assignment in bankruptcy was filed on behalf of Arthon Contractors Inc. (“Contractors”) and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed trustee (the “Contractors Trustee”) which was affirmed by the creditors of Contractors at the first meeting of creditors held on July 14, 2014. On February 18, 2015, voluntary assignments in bankruptcy were filed on behalf of Arthon Equipment Ltd. (“Equipment”) and Coalmont Energy Corp. (“Coalmont”) and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed trustee (the “Equipment Trustee” and “Coalmont Trustee”, respectively) which was affirmed by the creditors of Equipment and Coalmont at the first meeting of creditors held on March 10, 2015.
