To leverage our backgrounds as veterans to generate value for the firm and community through habitual activities and cultivating relationships.
Core Initiatives:
Recruiting
Serve as a resource to recruiting teams and business unit leaders by helping "translate" military experience on resumes. We believe that the values of both A&M and service members are highly compatible.
Onboarding
Provide veteran new hires with a support network when they join A&M.
Business Development
Mentor and help other veterans at the firm by educating them on "Big A&M", encouraging collaboration across business lines, and looking for business development opportunities.
Philanthropy
Give back to the community through volunteer initiatives with other veteran organizations.
