Scott Colcord

Mr. Colcord has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and focuses on maintenance and repair operations; health safety environment (HSE); management systems; project, production and capacity management; strategic planning and budgeting; and organizational and change management.
Mr. Colcord has worked with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, power generation (coal and gas turbine), the full oil and gas spectrum, pulp and paper mills, chemical manufacturers and military aviation.
Mr. Colcord’s notable engagements include generating $30 million in reliability improvements, $10 million in maintenance and ops efficiency improvements and $10 million in material handling improvements for a power generation client. He developed a total cost of ownership (TCO) model for global fleet operations of a $3 billion company that identified opportunities for a 35 percent reduction in fleet operating expense.
Mr. Colcord earned a BBA in international business from the University of Georgia and an MBA in finance from Georgia State University.
