IAM Media featured A&M Forensic Technology experts Michael Sugrue and Vishal Oza in an exclusive interview for its Trade Secret Special Report tiled “The Perfect Storm: Securing Digital Evidence in Trade Secret Litigation.” In the interview, Michael and Vishal explore key challenges in digital evidence collection in trade secret matters, explore recent developments around the use of AI in investigations, and discuss the critical digital forensic steps required in trade secret investigations.

According to Vishal Oza, “At the end of the day, technology is only part of the equation; the people side will always matter.”
