Mr. Oza brings over 18 years of experience in high tech investigations driven by internal investigation, regulatory risk or enforcement action. He assists clients and their counsel in the preparation of, and response to, matters involving dozens of legal actions, as well as internal investigations, audit committee inquiries and regulatory agency investigations. His experience also includes managing teams responsible for data breach investigations, complex digital forensic investigations, network vulnerability and rapid security assessments.

Mr. Oza provides objective assessments of digital evidence in matters related to legal or ethical issues, misappropriation of trade secrets, intellectual property issues, contract disputes, fraud investigations, employment disputes, incident response and alleged hacking. He has led and participated in numerous investigations in North and South America, Europe and Asia for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Oza brings extensive experience providing testimony in state and district courts in the U.S. and Canada, including testimony at depositions and by expert reports, declarations and affidavits. He has served as a plaintiff, defense and neutral forensic expert on numerous investigations.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Oza served as a Director and lead testifying expert of Global Investigations at Berkeley Research Group, and as an Associate Director of Digital Forensics Incident Response at Navigant Consulting. He also held similar positions at KPMG LLP and LECG LLC within their Forensic Technology practices.

Mr. Oza earned a BSBA (concentration in computer information systems) from the University of Southern California. He also studied incident response forensic analysis and discovery at SANS Institute and the Guidance Software Professional Training Center, as well as cybersecurity incident response malware detection and removal, memory forensics and remediation at Mandiant Security Consultancy. Mr. Oza is a Certified BlackLight Examiner and a licensed Texas Private Investigator; a member of International Association of Privacy Professionals, High Tech Crime Consortium and InfraGard; and a leadership council member of SecureTheVillage Los Angeles.
