Vincent Masson

Mr. Masson has managed technology landscapes and has a track record of planning and delivering IT changes at critical stages. He has also served in interim management positions as CIO/CTO. Mr. Masson is currently supporting an international process manufacturing client in advisory and execution of their carve-out programme, enabling the company to operate as a standalone.
Mr. Masson also worked as the CTO and served on the executive committee for a healthcare digital startup company in the UK, operating a major transformation program that includes business priorities (new governance model), technology shift (new target operating model), architecture review (interoperability with external solutions) and deep organization evolution (right sizing and reskilling the tech team of 150 FTE).
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Masson spent five years with Fnac Darty Group as IT Strategy and Transformation Program Director, enabling the integration of these two companies and reshaping the organization, architecture, costs structure and Innovation program. He led the technology due diligences for the acquisitions of Nature & Découvertes, BilletRéduc, WeFix and the carve-out of France Billet/Tick&Live, serving as CTO and performing a migration of the information system (leading ticketing company in France--€500 million company with an omnichannel footprint).
Previously, Mr. Masson supported Carrefour Group in its international development strategy. As head of IT financial control and International IT Strategy, he identified and implemented synergies, optimized overall IT costs, and challenged IT organization and architecture with a strong focus on business specificities. Prior to that, Mr. Masson was a technology consultant at Accenture, where he worked on IT projects delivery with a focus on costs and governance purposes (service management, outsourcing, contracts).
Mr. Masson earned a master's degree in engineering and telecommunications from École supérieure d'ingénieurs en informatique et génie des télécommunications (EFREI). A French national, he is fluent in French and English.
