Tania Misquitta
Ms. Misquitta brings more than 14 years of global experience in financial services, with expertise in technology transformation, platform and data strategy, and regulatory review preparation. She has a proven track record in front-to-back technology stack optimization, target operating model design, revenue uplift and value realization for control and scalability.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Misquitta was a Director at PwC in its Capital Markets Technology practice. She also co-led the technology and emerging technology buying centers from a thought leadership perspective and pipeline management. Her notable client contributions included a platform cloud migrations, sensitive data protection programs, M&A-related technology due diligence, technology risk assessments, large-scale regulatory implementations (including the Fundamental Review of the Trading Book [FRTB], the Volcker Rule, SEC Rule 15c3-5, and SEC Rule 606), surveillance control synthesis using machine learning, and data cataloging using AI methods.
Before joining PwC, Ms. Misquitta worked with Canadian banks in liquidity risk monitoring and over-the-counter derivative reporting to global regulatory bodies.
Ms. Misquitta earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science and a master’s degree in information systems and design from the University of Toronto. She has published thought leadership articles on topics including Web3, AI, and platform rationalization, and she has instructed learning sessions on blockchain, agile delivery, and data readiness.
