Steven Courtade

With more than 30 years of business, accounting and consulting experience, Mr. Courtade focuses on delivery of corporate performance management solutions. He has advised Global 1000 organizations with developing vision and strategy, defining requirements for consolidations, FP&A, analytics and reporting, bankruptcy emergence during FSA, mergers and acquisitions integration, digital needs, evaluating solutions, selecting vendors and developing roadmaps to successfully deploy processes and enable technology.
Additionally, Mr. Courtade’s expertise includes software evaluation and selection, remediation of ERP, performance management projects, improvement of accounting and finance and budgeting and forecasting processes. He also spent more than 10 years with an industry-leading business performance management software provider and has several CPM/BPM/EPM solutions being implemented today as well as leading digital solutions.
Mr. Courtade has assisted clients across industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing, packaging and professional services. Notable clients include: Acelity, AT&T, Baker Hughes, C&J Energy Services, Christus Health, ConocoPhillips, Cameron, Dell Computers, Dresser-Rand, Halliburton, Intelsat, KBR, Kimberly-Clark, LyondellBasell, NexTier, Pactiv/Reynolds, Quanta Services, Schlumberger, SCI, Stewart Title and the University of Texas Medical Branch.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Courtade served as IT Director with Baker Hughes, where he was responsible for the strategy, development and sustainability of the Oracle Hyperion, systems, applications and products and data management solutions for corporate and FP&A functions as well as the SAP systems for business intelligence and reporting. Previously, he served as Services Manager for Oracle Corporation/Hyperion Solutions and as an accounting and IT professional with Tenneco Corporation.
Mr. Courtade earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
