Mr. Siddiqui has deep sector expertise in software and technology businesses. He has advised on numerous transactions across the mid-market and large-cap on buy- and sell-side, carveouts, refinancing and add-on acquisitions.

Additionally, Mr. Siddiqui has supported large and mid-market private equity and corporate clients, including Carlyle, KKR, CVC, Vista Equity, Mubadala, Hg, EQT, Bridgepoint, H&F, Marlin Equity, HIG, One Equity, Livingbridge, Sovereign, FTV, Microsoft, Advanced, Avast, IFS, Apex, Capita, Atos, Azrieli Group and BigHand.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Siddiqui spent 12 years with EY in London, where he most recently served Assistant Director in the Transaction Advisory practice. 

Mr. Siddiqui earned a bachelor’s degree in anatomy and neuroscience (honors) from the University College London and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
