Ross Stallings

Mr. Stallings has 20+ years of experience in professional services and industry roles focusing on complex M&A. He has led and advised on a variety of transaction structures, including stock purchases, asset acquisitions, carve-out divestitures, tax-free spin-offs, initial public offerings, and joint ventures ranging in enterprise value from $50 million to $60+ billion. He has worked across multiple industries and sectors, including life sciences, industrial manufacturing, energy, chemicals, automotive, consumer and retail, gaming, and financial services.
Mr. Stallings helps his clients execute in all areas of the M&A lifecycle with a constant view toward value. His expertise crosses the entire spectrum of M&A, including operational due diligence, pre-close planning, synergy analysis, transitional service agreement negotiation and administration, functional organization design, and post-close value preservation and capture. He has supported transactions across 80+ countries and understands the intricacies and complexities of executing global deals.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stallings was the U.S. National Leader for KPMG’s Finance Strategy practice, where he oversaw teams addressing aspects of finance and accounting operations during M&A activities. These teams worked alongside clients to prepare for and execute global complex transactions with a focus on the CFO and controller organizations. Previously, he was an Assistant Controller for a venture-funded start-up focused on manufacturing supply chain. He began his career in public accounting, focusing on audit and financial due diligence.
Mr. Stallings earned a BBA in accounting and an MBA from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and Colorado. Mr. Stallings serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Neuroscience Foundation.
