Roger Weems

At A&M, Mr. Weems works closely with health system executive teams and boards to design and implement enterprise transformation plans. He leverages A&M’s comprehensive capabilities to assist client organizations in achieving their operational and financial objectives. Mr. Weems’ client work has ranged from distressed academic medical center turnarounds to strategic multiyear transformations for large health systems across the U.S.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Weems was Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer at Impact Advisors. Previously, he was Vice President, National Market Leader for the Consulting practice at Premier Inc., where he specialized in large-scale operational transformation and post-merger integration for health systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weems founded a consulting business focused on labor optimization and patient throughput solutions that was acquired by Navigant Consulting.
In addition to consulting leadership roles, Mr. Weems was a member of the Executive team at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York, where he led the design and execution of its multiyear turnaround from near-bankruptcy. The result was a $200+ million turnaround that positioned the organization to grow from a single-campus academic medical center to a 10-hospital system.
Mr. Weems earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University of Alabama and MBA and MHA degrees from the University of Colorado Denver.
