Rob Mindell
Mr. Mindell specializes in helping boards and executive leaders assess and mitigate reputational risks, engaging with the media and corporate stakeholders to protect and enhance the value of the underlying business. His experience includes representing clients through high-profile restructuring mandates, agenda-setting legal cases, and M&A transactions worth over £25 billion. His pro bono work has included crisis support for NHS England through critical junctures of the COVID-19 pandemic and communications advisory for the National Pro Bono Centre.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mindell was a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting where he co-led the Crisis & Disputes practice in London. Mr. Mindell has been individually recognized by Chambers and Partners as a public relations advisor for litigation and crisis communications and by Mergermarket for M&A transactions. He is a regular contributor to industry titles and events on topics relating to reputational risk.
Mr. Mindell earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in law from the University of Cambridge. He has further qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments.
