Rebecca Palm

Ms. Palm has extensive experience in new product and services development for financial services and healthcare organizations. She has built new revenue cycle, electronic medical records and patient engagement product lines for leading organizations working in house and as an entrepreneur. Ms. Palm has also led product strategy, build-vs-buy decisions and strategic acquisitions, including transactions for data analytics, care coordination and population health management companies.
Ms. Palm has successfully founded and sold multiple startups, including a patient financial engagement platform. She has worked with healthcare delivery organizations, Accountable Care Organizations, venture-backed startups and leading healthcare technology providers. Ms. Palm is also a mentor and strategic advisor to multiple healthcare startups.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Palm was the Chief Administrative Officer of a large international integrated delivery system where she established a highly scalable management service organization that supported 300 percent growth in network size over a six-month period. She standardized processes, systems, performance measurement, operations, staffing and vendor management across 450 locations; integrated 52 acquisitions across 12 states and 600 Managed Care contracts; and aligned the physician network and compensation model with the Accountable Care Organization’s value-based contracting strategy.
Ms. Palm also drove payment yield improvement by 30 percent for newly acquired practices while reducing cost-to-collect by 50 percent. She led an initiative to consolidate and renegotiate all vendor agreements, driving annualized savings of $10 million and established vendor SLAs credited with annualized revenue improvements of $20 million.
