With more than 10 years of consulting experience, Ms. Duran helps clients drive tangible results from transactions and M&A planning. She has also delivered numerous corporate transformations and large enterprise-wide global programs.

Most recently, Ms. Duran has led integration and separation management offices and supported operational and workforce due diligence. 

Additionally, Ms. Duran brings deep experience in HR, payroll and people matters across transformations and the transaction lifecycle.

Ms. Duran earned a BBA in accounting and master’s degree in marketing from Texas A&M University. She is a certified PROSCI Change Management practitioner and was selected as a 2023 National Association of Corporate Directors Directorship 100 honoree for her work in program management and governance.
