Rachael Munro

With more than 20 years of tax advisory experience, Ms. Munro has worked at both Big Four and law firms and provided advice to clients ranging from high-net-wealth individuals to large listed multi-national corporate groups. She has worked with clients in various industries, including mining and infrastructure.
Ms. Munro’s notable assignments include providing tax and stamp duty advice on a proposed restructure and partial sale of a prominent renewables energy group, including strategy for engagement with tax regulators. She also provided legal advice and assistance in the settlement of transfer pricing disputes with the ATO.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Munro spent more than seven years with PwC in Perth, where she was a Partner in the national controversy and stamp duty teams.
Ms. Munro earned bachelor’s degrees in law and commerce from Murdoch University. She is a Chartered Tax Advisor and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia.
