Pankaj Saluja

Mr. Saluja’s notable assignments include leading a transformation program for a $15 billion Asia-Pacific headquartered agribusiness, where he delivered 20% total return to shareholders growth over five years, managing portfolio strategy, M&A, cost and capital initiatives across 16 business units.
Additionally, Mr. Saluja led a revenue growth program in SEA for a $26 billion consumer leader to triple growth through organic and inorganic initiatives. In Thailand, he led the transformation of a leading $4 billion family business with double-digit top-line impact through diversification, performance improvement and design of a new family governance model. He also worked on cost reduction for leading Asian companies, including serving as interim Chief Supply Chain Officer with a NASDAQ listed renewables energy company.
Furthermore, Mr. Saluja has led several digital efforts, including the transformation of a $10 billion consumer business in Asia to drive five times the sales from new digital channels. In Indonesia and Malaysia, he helped leading players in consumer-packaged goods with sales and marketing programs enabled by digital and automation. He also built the digital commerce entry and co-investments into startups for a $1 billion beauty and foods player in SA and led 30+ diligences in various industries with private equities and corporates.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Saluja was a Managing Director at Accenture, leading its consulting business in SEA and Consumer practice for Asia emerging markets. Before that, he spent 10 years with Bain & Company, leading the firm’s consumer practice in SEA as Partner. He has also held industry leadership roles, including CXO – Strategy, M&A and Digital for Marico. Mr. Saluja began his career at Coca-Cola.
Mr. Saluja earned a bachelor’s degree from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He mentors startups and advises consumer-focused venture capitalists and founders.
