Naman Gupta
Mr. Gupta specializes in offerings including operating model design, operations excellence, and digital transformation for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) players as well as owners and developers. His primary areas of focus include engineering transformation, procurement transformation, cost and productivity transformation, project controls, and advanced analytics.
With over 16 years of experience across industry and consulting, Mr. Gupta has assisted clients in enhancing business performance across many sectors, including power, transmission and distribution, oil and gas, solar, water, pharmaceuticals, buildings, and real estate.
Mr. Gupta’s notable assignments include driving an operations excellence program for a solar EPC company, where he provided recommendations on design standardization, procurement optimization, peak-manpower optimization, and schedule compression; assisting a leading real estate developer in India in defining the building information modeling (BIM) strategy and implementation roadmap; and leading end-to-end transformation and EBITDA improvement initiative for a transmission and distribution EPC company in India.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gupta spent over nine years with Accenture in the Supply Chain & Capital Projects teams, where he served as Senior Principal. He supported several clients across the real estate, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas sectors.
Mr. Gupta earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India, and an MBA from the European School of Management and Technology, Berlin. He also earned certifications from INSEAD, MITx, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
