Mansoor Nazzal is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in Los Angeles. He specializes in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity firms and strategic buyers across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, business services, and consumer products and services.

Mr. Nazzal’s areas of expertise include identification and assessment of financial risk areas, quantification of items directly affecting transaction valuation (e.g., quality of earnings, adequacy of net working capital levels, and debt-like items), analysis of KPIs, and verification and analysis of post-closing adjustment mechanisms. He also leads financial analysis of management projection models, carve-out considerations, and cost savings determinations.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nazzal was a Director with the Transaction Services practice at PwC in Los Angeles, where he led financial due diligence projects for both private equity and corporate investors. Previously, Mr. Nazzal was with PwC’s Audit practice, where he led audit engagements for both private and Fortune 500 public companies.

Mr. Nazzal earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accountancy from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
