Katrina Radzko is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax, LLC in Miami.

Ms. Radzko brings nearly a decade of experience helping multinational entities and high net-worth individuals structure their business operations to mitigate their overall tax burden.

Ms. Radzko helps clients meet U.S. compliance requirements relating to their domestic and foreign business activities. She oversees the preparation and/or review of tax returns, including corporate income tax returns, partnership returns, and individual income tax returns for high net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Radzko spent four years with Cherry Bekaert LLP in their federal tax practice.

Ms. Radzko earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (cum laude) from Florida International University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Effective July 31, 2026, the additional Section 232 tariff on patented pharmaceuticals that are products of the United Kingdom was reduced from 10% to zero (heading 9903.04.63), implementing the U.S.–UK Pharmaceutical Pricing Arrangement. Because UK patented pharmaceuticals remain subject to Section 232 (at a 0% rate), they also fall within the Section 232 carve-out from the new Section 301 forced labor tariffs — so qualifying UK patented product should face no additional duty under either regime.
