Jonathan Koskas
With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Koskas works on growth, customer experience (notably B2B), and commercial performance challenges by leveraging data and digital solutions. He supports organizations in transforming their marketing, sales, and service functions, with the aim of accelerating growth and sustainably improving operational efficiency.
Notably, Mr. Koskas provided support to a global player in the transit food service sector, leading the diagnosis and implementation of a turnaround plan in a context marked by loss-making concession contracts. His engagement covered the analysis of operational performance, as well as the design and execution of pragmatic recommendations to sustainably restore profitability: process redesign, contract renegotiation, definition and monitoring of KPIs, and reconciliation of financial and operational data.
Throughout his career, Mr. Koskas has supported numerous clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, energy, healthcare, and hospitality.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Koskas spent four years with Accenture Strategy in Paris, serving most recently as Senior Manager with the Customer, Sales, and Service practice. He led the firm’s activities on customer experience strategy, advising major B2B accounts on how to shape and deliver best-in-class experiences for their clients/partners and achieve tangible business results. Previously, Mr. Koskas spent nearly five years with Colombus Consulting. He co-founded the Digital Acceleration practice, focusing on omnichannel marketing, customer data monetization, and adtech/martech strategy. The practice grew exponentially, delivering consulting and professional services to high-profile clients in France.
Mr. Koskas earned a master’s degree in business management from EDHEC Business School, Lille, and attended MBA classes at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. A French national, he is fluent in French and English.
