Mr. Zwierzko specializes in pre-acquisition technology due diligence, synergy analysis, standalone assessments, post-acquisition integration, strategic planning, and systems implementation. He helps clients realize real business value in accelerated timeframes. He has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including technology, media, healthcare, professional services, and retail. 

Mr. Zwierzko’s recent notable engagements include leading the technology functions for the carve-out of a leading content, platform and service provider to the sports betting industry across technical operations, information technology and information security. This effort established a nearly standalone business at transaction close and included major initiatives including ERP, HCM, B2B Support and workplace technology separation. 

Mr. Zwierzko has led the technology due diligence, planning, and execution of numerous carve-out and merger integration engagements. He provided approach, tools, and governance to quickly guide technology strategy and execution while working with financial sponsors, executives, and teams to deliver results in accelerated timeframes. 

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Zwierzko was an IT Integration Leader (M&A) at GE Healthcare, where he focused on global IT due diligence, acquisition integration and divestiture separation. Previously, he was a member of GE’s Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP).

Mr. Zwierzko received a bachelor’s degree in finance and technology management and a master’s degree in information systems from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
