With over nine years of transactions tax experience, Mr. Shorland has provided buy-side and sell-side advisory services to a broad range of clients, including corporates, private equity houses, and infrastructure funds. He has also provided tax advice on the structuring of investment funds.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shorland spent five years at Deloitte in the M&A and Funds Tax Group in London.

Mr. Shorland earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Exeter. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
