Grace Koh is a Managing Director with A&MPLIFY, Alvarez & Marsal's AI powered digital agency, in Washington, D.C. She specializes in working with industry leaders to drive growth through disruptive digital solutions and transformative programs.

With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Koh has led complex client engagements for the Global 500, founded start-up technology companies and scaled them to successful exits. She has worked to put the customer at the center of any business strategy by activating customer insights, developing customer experiences, enabling outcomes through technology and implementing organizational change.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Koh served as Chief Strategy Officer for Verato, a healthcare technology company focused on enabling strategic healthcare initiatives such as cost reduction, population health, patient experience and 360-degree patient profiles through enhanced patient identity resolution. Ms. Koh was brought in with the Series A investment and helped build the team, processes and go-to-market strategy that has earned Verato its leading market position in only three years.

Previously, Ms. Koh served as Senior Manager with Accenture, where she advised Fortune Global 500 retailers and hospitality clients on generating customer insights and applying them to drive digital, marketing and merchandising strategies. Before that, she co-founded CadenceQuest, a customer analytics software company that enabled retailers such as CVS, Staples, Safeway and Nielsen to micro-segment and analyze their customers using demographic, lifestyle and behavioral attributes. CadenceQuest was sold to Accenture in 2010.

Ms. Koh earned a bachelor’s degree in strategic management and marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
