Frank Jenner is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Transformation Services in Frankfurt. He co-leads A&M’s Energy & Process Industry sector, specialising in advanced materials and chemicals besides his experience in pharmaceuticals and food. Dr.-Ing. Jenner brings more than 28 years of expertise in supply chain and value chain management and large-scale IT-enabled business transformations. 

Dr.-Ing. Jenner specializes in value chain management, supply chain transformation, manufacturing excellence, management of change, system landscape optimization, strategic enterprise architecture and S/4HANA business transformations, as well as supply chain strategy and segmentation and planning. He has worked across a range of industries, including chemicals, life sciences, food and high-tech.

As a former leader of strategy and operations in the DACH region, Dr.-Ing. Jenner brings extensive expertise in supply chain process modeling and design, organizational change management, business improvement initiatives and transformational excellence. He has the ability to execute, bringing strategies alive and delivering on the completeness of vision.

Prior to joining A&M, Dr.-Ing. Jenner served as Global Chemicals & Advanced Materials Industry Leader with EY. He was also responsible for the supply chain and manufacturing transformation services within the advanced manufacturing and mobility industry market globally and in his region, Europe West. 

Previously, Dr.-Ing. Jenner was founder and CEO of J&M Management Consulting AG, a hidden champion in supply chain and value chain consulting in Europe with 14 offices and 320 employees.

Dr.-Ing. Jenner earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical process engineering from the University of Applied Science in Mannheim, Germany and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in chemical process engineering from the University of Cardiff, Wales.
