Mr. Caporale brings more than 14 years of experience, including more than 12 years providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients.

Mr. Caporale has participated in more than 200 transactions, with target revenues ranging from $1 million to $2+ billion. He provides buy-side services focusing on quality of earnings, quality of assets, and working capital requirements as well as consideration of off-balance sheet exposures and general knowledge of companies’ operations and finance functions. On the sell-side, he specializes in preparing companies for the sale process and developing due diligence reports to maximize value at every point in the transaction life cycle.

Mr. Caporale has worked with clients across various industries, including industrial manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, paper and packaging, waste, and logistics.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Caporale worked in the Transaction Advisory practice of FTI Consulting and the Assurance practice of EY.

Mr. Caporale earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Illinois.
